I genuinely can’t recommend Mariah enough! She is the sweetest, most patient esthetician I have ever met. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and pays close attention to detail to make sure I leave hair free. I’ve been going to Sugar NYC in Bedford for quite some time now and they’ve won me over. It is always very clean and the lady’s at this location and so sweet. I love the text and call reminders that keep me on track for appointments. If you’ve never tried sugar wax before this is your sign, you won’t regret it!

Competent and friendly staff. It’s not easy to find a place that knows how to work on men. This place does. I took a fair amount of painful trial and error to finally find a place that knows what they are doing.

Such a great experience! I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and my aesthetician was so understanding and made me so comfortable. We had to take the waxing process slower since waxing is more painful in pregnancy. She never made me feel rushed and let me take breaks and drink water. She was so kind and I’m looking forward to going again!

Went for my first ever sugaring appointment. Rachel did my legs and Mackenzie did my Brazilian and arms. Everyone was super welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I was terrified to do this, but it was so easy and virtually painless. 10/10 would recommend

*** warning long review but worth the read*** My first ever google review and my first time getting waxed. I cannot recommend this place enough…….I will never shave again. I am a 32 year old male and when I was researching Brazilian Wax for men I couldn’t find a lot of positive info so I want to put this out. Today was my first ever wax and my aesthetician was India and hands down she is absolutely amazing. She created such a professional yet relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She would constantly make sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was happening. She really knew how to keep the mood light and funny. My wife and I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. Gentlemen she is the perfect person for your first time. Male skin care in the bathing suit area isn’t something that is often talked about however, she definitely changed that for me and definitely educated me.My wife got her first wax around 2 weeks ago and her aesthetician was Eleni. She is also amazing! She was recommended to us by a friend and absolutely did not disappoint! Again she created an amazing professional environment that was warm and welcoming! We had such a good time with her and again we laughed so hard! Extremely easy to talk to extremely knowledgeable and honestly the reason why I made the step and got my Brazilian done! Again she was constantly checking on my wife ensuring she was comfortable and was aware of what was going on. We will definitely be looking forward to our time with her every few week.As for as the shop it is extremely clean, and well put together. It is easy to find the environment is perfect and honestly I’m sure all the aestheticians and staff there are amazing, after watching the way this all interact with their clients and each other. It is truly an amazing place. ( We drive 50 mins each way from Portsmouth). They are extremely accommodating. You don’t feel rushed at all, nor do you feel like your aesthetician is rushing. Both times my wife and I have scheduled appointments they had cancellations for that day. We got a phone call, offering us an earlier time slot due to those cancellations.Ok fellas let’s talk because there isn’t a lot of positives info out on the internet.It’s going to hurt! It’s not the worst thing in the world but it’s going to hurt! Honestly the worst part was the ingrown hair removal and tweezers after I was done being waxed. I will be hiding all the tweezers from India before we start next time! After seeing the results it’s 100% worth it. The more into the wax session you get the less it hurts!! They also know you are probably going to get loud they understand. They are extremely honest with you. When I told India it was my first time she said “oh you are about to hate me”! Here are some do’s and don’tDo schedule your first wax ASAP.Do go hydrated you are going to tense and flinch this will help avoid cramps.Do shower before and make sure you exfoliate the area well.Do wear loose fitting clothing and underwear.Do get the mask after your service.Do help your aesthetician. They might ask you to move something or hold something help them out.Do Be honest with your aesthetician if something doesn’t feel good or you’re having too much pressure in certain sensitive areas let them know.BreathDo be respectful!!!!Don’t over dress you might be cold when you get to the office I promise this won’t last long.Don’t stress it’s not that bad.Don’t be disrespectful! The aestheticians are there to provide a waxing service. They are putting them selves in very vulnerable situation’s ensure that you were respectful at all times.Don’t wait any longer schedule now…….seriously what are you waiting for?

My technician was India at the Bedford , Nh location and she was awesome!This was my first time having hair removed from my back. I’m a very very hairy wildabeast type of guy so I was extremely nervous and self conscious having to take my shirt off for somebody for a service I wanted. India made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail in a professional manner and setting . It went well and I’ll be going back. I can’t say enough about this place. Parking was ample and the inside was super cool and very chic.Guys !! If you’re reading this and want to loose some unneeded hair, then this is the place. Does it hurt ? Yes , but Not terrible. Just breath !! And it’s over before you know it, and the little bit of time feeling uncomfortable beats feeling self conscious about yourself the rest of your normal days.10/10 will do again 🙏
